PosKeeper is a Dhaka-based software company. We build the systems Bangladeshi businesses run on every day and we stay around after the install: the same engineers who write the code train your staff and pick up the support line.
What we build
Four products, all in Bangla and English: PosKeeper POS for shops, PosKeeper Pharmacy for medicine counters, PosKeeper ERP for multi-branch production and distribution, and HealthKeeper for hospitals and clinics.
When a product does not fit, we build to order: custom web and desktop systems, mobile apps, ERP rollouts, and WordPress plugins and SaaS products that we maintain as long-lived software.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a walkthrough of how you actually work, on a call or at your premises, using your real invoices, sample patient records or production sheets.
Installation, data migration and staff training are part of the job, not an add-on. After go-live you get a support contract with a phone number that a person answers.
Our products are built offline-first where it matters. A shop should keep selling when the internet goes down, and it should never lose a day of data because of it.
Where we are
We are based in Uttara, Dhaka, and travel for installations and training anywhere in Bangladesh. Support is by phone and WhatsApp first, remote access second, and a visit when it needs one.
